You can buy more items at once to reduce costs. Bulk orders can be managed via the App based on your previous sales data or we can handle the purchase for you in the backend. Once the inventory is updated in your account, you can track it live.

This highly depends on the product itself. Usually, we can find a factory that produces your product fast, but not all factories give the right information. Therefore we need to make sure no mistakes are made. This process alone can take time. Usually we can give you a quote within 1 business day, but sometimes it takes longer than that.
Probably not. This has to do that we ship most of the products in custom made export boxes, so the weight will always be higher compared to an Aliexpress seller.
On Aliexpress it is all based on price and competition between the Chinese sellers. So if they can cut the weight when packing a product they will do this. We don’t care so much about the weight, we care more about how the package looks like and what the final customer thinks about it.
This depends on the project. If we operate a general store the processing time can be between 1 to 4 days, depending if the product is in stock. If the data on your store shows the demand is high we will make sure we buy more stock in advance to keep the processing time within 48 hours.
If our partners have a brand we usually have all in stock and fulfill within 24 hours to reach optimal shipping times.
This depends on the project. If you operate a general store and use our software to fulfill orders you can chose to pay with creditcard, paypal or bank transfer. If you want to keep stock in our warehouse we advise to pay in advance.
Bulk orders which need to be shipped to your local destination for fulfillment are usually paid up-front.
This also depends on the project. Most goods we source for general stores come from a local platfrom called 1688. These are often low to medium quality items which are in stock. We are very transparant about this.
If we develop branded stores with our partners we source differently and a MOQ comes in play.
It doesn’t cost you anything to work with us.
We offer free warehousing and we don’t charge for using our software.
Our margins are only in the product and shipping.
