At Fillbox we don’t choose the mass, we select our partners carefully. This doesn’t mean we only work together with professional e-commerce entrepreneurs, no we also work with beginners. We do want to know who we work with, we analyze our partners. Both beginners and advanced dropshippers, who have the same goals in mind as we do. Only then we can invest in each other and let our businesses grow. Long term relationships are very important to us.
Business values
The value of our business; we are transparent and don’t overestimate. This means we don’t say we can ship faster because there is no difference between us and any other person here in China who uses the same carriers. Each company here can use the same carriers as we do. It’s all about service and supply chain management. That is what people get with us. We always try to at least talk with all our partners every day. Even if everything goes well, we’ll just have a short 5 minute talk. We have our own input and ask questions and are pro-active. We think about all stores as if it is our own business. Especially when we do certain niches with our partners and more creativity is required from both sides.
General store vs Branded Niche
General store
If you are a general store owner then we can advise you how to operate this effectively. It is nice to test many products and receive some good results in a short time, but the goal is to maintain this model for a long time. Which products need stock in advance and which do not? What are the domestic delivery options to our warehouse? That's why we will explain everything about supply chain and why this plays a vital role in operating a general store. With our backing and help you will be sure to achieve great results for a longer period.
Branded store
If you are interested in a specific niche, then we can focus on this as a brand. We will advise you all along the way. A branded store operates differently, because most products will be sent from stock and processed in 24 hours. The build-up takes longer because we need to discuss more details before we start. If budgets are low we will advise and assist how to brand each SKU with the lowest MOQ possible. So you take less risk and can still test a branded product from the start. If you are a long term partner we will invest in product lines as well, to make sure we keep the brand alive and continue to develop.
Branded niche
Branded niche means we share a complete category with live stock and the best photos for you to import and start selling immediately. We can enhance any photo making it look good for the western market or any platform. These features are only available for long term partners.
The difference compared to other suppliers is we are a foreign owned company with foreign personnel, so we make our own content in-house. We don't have to hire western models to model for our photos. Our whole team understands how to make content if a certain partner needs it. This can increase speed, because we produce local content for you to use, without shipping the products to your country first. So it also saves cost.

Or is it all about paid advertisements and going straight for the kill? After all is clear and plans are made we finalize the process within 1 week. Keep in mind, we usually only do this with long term partners who already used us as their sole supplier for a longer period of time.

Blocked advertisement accounts:
The biggest impact is when your advertisement accounts are being blocked by Facebook. Unfortunately Facebook does not always explain why or tell you for how long your account will be blocked. Although we have no influence on their decision we can help each partner to prevent this by making sure we guide you in choosing the correct general store products to test and how to shorten the processing time by understanding supply chain management. We will also advise each partner by spreading risk using different sales channels, we will achieve greater results together. Some products we recommend don’t convert well on Facebook, but they will on TikTok for example.
Problems with finding the right products:
If you have difficulties with finding the right products, we can advise you which products are worth it. We have also invested in our Marketplace to offer more products from pre-selected factories who have stock. By sharing live-stock data you can select products more carefully and shorten the process time substantially. This all will lead to your buyers having a better purchase experience.
Cash-flow problems:
Even if you have had a successful store, or if you are just starting out, everyone might encounter a moment where you have cash-flow problems. For some customers we offer a credit-line and we can keep fulfilling orders even if you haven’t paid us. This could give you time to sort out your business, but in these kinds of situations we need to have a complete insight into the (financial) plan and how to return the credit.
